How to use on custom fields?

    Hi guys, your plugin works nice with default WP thumbnails (featured, etc) but not with custom fields (using ACF). How to make it works everywhere? Thanks

    Why do you think that does not work? It does not matter that you are using them in the ACF.

    I tried it on 2 websites, checked for images with network tab in chrome console and the only webp are the featured images of blog (post_thumbnail and images generated inside the_content). The acf-image fields are still in jpeg or png

    Also be aware that it wont convert images if they end up bigger.

    Yes you are right here. If the converted images are larger than the original, they will not be used.

    Do you use anything else to compress photos?

    That could be the fact, yes I compress jpg and png with other tools/plugins.

    If you use additional compression, there may be no effects after compressing to WebP. All the more with additional, smaller image sizes.
