how to use plug-in

Hi,

Can you please confirm that you are publishing the changes you make in the Customizer or if you are just saving them as a Draft? You will be able to tell if it says “Save Draft” and you can click the little cog next to the button and select “Publish” instead?

The plugin should be pretty self explanatory but if you still have problems then we can produce a little video for you if you like?

I saved and published the page. It’s my home page:
This is what I want (assuming I can center the photo once I get it back into the regular editing format)

HOWEVER, the other page I’ve worked on did get into the wider format, and I didn’t do anything!

So I’m confused. And I’m not sure if you can see the pages, because they’re private published.

Your links are all to admin areas of your site which we cannot and won’t be able to see. If you want to show us what these pages look like you will need to share screen grabs (easiest way would be to upload the screen grab to your media library and share the link to the screen grab here).

Furthermore your pages are all private so we cannot even see the live pages. You would need to make the page(s) publicly visible for us to see.

With that in mind, please advise what setting you have in “Customizer – General Options – Align Default Max Width” and “Customizer – General Options – Align Wide Max Width”.

These settings will help your entire site to be “full screen”.
