How to use plugin for a bilingual website

Hi, my future blog will be translated in both FR & EN… so far, the plugin automatically appears on all posts and uses the default language set in the pluging settings.

Is there a way I could invoke the plugin via a shortcode and specify its language directly in the shortcode? Otherwise, how could I do achieve this?
