How to use “Popup showing limitation”

With your settings, you should see the popup once a day.
I wonder if you have seen it once and don’t see it anymore?
Please, make sure you have selected the pages for your popup via Display rules option.
And, please, clear the cookies of your site or check the popup in an Incognito window.
Let us know about the results, please.

I’ve tried it in incognito mode, the results still don’t appear.
Then how do I want to set each user only to see one time.
