How to use “Ready to use Templates” in demo?

Looking at the demo, https://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/ready-to-use-templates/
I see some great looking templates, but I’m not sure how to use them on my site.For example, how would I get the flip card? I have installed all the free UI plugins and still don’t see that option.
1. Is this only available in the pro version?
2. Is this only available with the Attire theme?
