How to use Tags to retrieve posts (pro version)

I have the pro version, which I really like. I want to use Tags to retrieve posts. There is a Tags option under the “Content Source” tab but the only option is “All”. It’s checked and can’t be uncheck nor do other options appear where I can enter the tag I wish to use.
