How to use the plugin after a redirection to another url without losing counts?

    Hello!
    We have added Twitter & Facebook Social Share as a plugin on WordPress about 2 years ago to use it on the blog https://recrutementmediassociaux.com/

    Next week the blog is going to point to another url (https://rmsnews.com/) with another template. We’d like to continue using the same pluging for sharing and not to lose our sharing counts.
    We’ve been looking for the ID of our account and the way to reuse our counts on the new website msnews.com
    Could you please help me with this matter?

    It’s very urgent because we are going to start up the new website on saturday or sunday and we really don’t want to start from scratch! (our articles are quiet well shared until now).

  • Hi jennybks, the share counters of every social network are related to the post url; if you change the domain url, the counters will reset.
