Just use the short code [form xxxxx] and replace xxxxx with the form ID. If it’s the first form it’s normally 10000, so [form 10000].
You can see the ID when you go to the list of forms.

Well that was easy!!!! However I have put in a few test contact/application forms, where are they going? I would like them to go to a e-mail address like form builder 7. How can I do this?

You should be able to see them listed when you go to the forms list and then drill down on the form in the back end. If you want to have it sent by email to you, you’ll need the pro version.

I think thats what I bought for 19.99 correct? Now that I bought this I can use it for my other sites too, correct? Or do I have to buy it each time?

You need one license per site.

I’m trying to edit character width, sizes and any formatting within each field, but see no way to do that. Is that not an option?

There are no options for this however a workaround would be to add some CSS to your theme template overriding the default CSS.

I’m not understanding why there’s an option in the Address field for Country, but it’s not populated, and there’s no way to populate it. I’m pretty much making my text fields manually when you have all of these options under the add field, without any content. No offense, I’m wishing I hadn’t purchased this now.

Yes unfortunately the address field only caters for certain types of addresses. Usually we recommend for people to create individual fields.

Yes but that limits allowing fields to be next to each other instead of top bottom. There’s no refund or return for this plugin is there?
