How to use this plugin, I'm a total noob :D

How can I use the plugin? i want it for:
– bar color
– put bsr in the bottom
– hide/edit wordpress logo and its dropdown menu
– hide comment bubble
– change “Howdy” message
– edit “New” linksorry but i have activated the plugin and i saw a big box of CSS, ans i have no idea how to use that.
