how to use this widget in footer or on page??

I had installed the7 thenme i was seeing they use this widget on home page in footer area I want too but how can I include this widget to any page or post , is there any short code for it by which I can emmed it any where??
Please help me or how can i show this widget on home page where there is no side bar?
