How to use video like thumbnails in wordpress?

  • As you know, WordPress 3.6 added Video & Audio ability to the core of it.

    But a thing I need to know, & By the way I search a lot for it!,

    I wanna know if I can use Videos same as Thumbnails in WordPress?

    Let me be more specific!

    I want to get the latest Post of a category, That this post saves the video somehow like a thumbnail! and at last I can provide the latest videos from that category.

    The thing I want to execute is as same as thumbnail property… I wanna execute the picture or image of a random frame of that video (like a thumbnail), and when a user clicks on it, a light box shows and the video plays on that light box.

    I found a plenty of Plugins for this thing in www.ads-software.com but non of them exactly do what I wanted to do! Or maybe I don’t have enough knowledge about that plugin… anyway! I need some help to find a plugin or something that I can get this execution fine and without troubles…
