How to use videopress on my website?

Hello, please I purchased videopress so that I can restrict video access on my website. I want videos to play only to those who purchase my course on senseilms. But I’m not unable to use it because my website is not on WordPress.com it’s on www.ads-software.com each time I go to jetpack to try ACTIVATE it, it takes me back to the purchase page and tells me to purchase WordPress hosting packages. I’m kind of confused and don’t know what to do. What to do please?
