How to use wild card to take effect in cache

Say below is my blog page:
https://blabla.com/blog/
https://blabla.com/blog/page/2/
For the first and second one we can clear cache from admin panel manage menu but how to let the plugin understand that pagination will be dynamic and my CSS code should effect to https://blabla.com/blog/page/100/ or more.
