How to use with Growmap Anti Spam?

I love Contact Form 7, but the spam control, even with Akismet etc is terrible now. I’m getting about 10 or so spam messages all the time, despite Captcha plugin, the “Contact Form Honeypot” plugin, etc. None of them help.
I also want to use Growmap Anti Spam. How to do so?
