how to use with phpbb uploads

hi there,

I use a bridge between wordpress and phpbb.
How can I use ewww image optimizer for the phpbb uploaded attachments.
the uploaded files have this kind of url https://www.phpbb.com/community/download/file.php?id=213776
I tried to use the path community/download/ but nothing happened – how can I use your plugin with my phpbb uploaded files?
The uploaded jpg files are stored as files without an extension – https://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=64&t=1035445
