  • Hello,

If you wish to show a portfolio, why don’t you use the ThickBox or Lightbox Style Gallery. Its very neat and easy to maintain.

    Plugin: Cleaner Gallery
    Author’s Homepage & Download Link: https://justintadlock.com/archives/2008/04/13/cleaner-wordpress-gallery-plugin

Why should you use THIS plugin and not your gallery…?
Very simple, that gallery is old fashioned.
Usability wise the visitor have to click the image, taken to next page, wait for whole page to download and again return back.
Such a waste of time and too much back n forth navigation ??

I suggest you install this plugin atleast once and try.

    Kiwi

This is a nice portfolio theme, but far from what you apparently want to do.

    Check it out anyways: Sharpfolio

    Thanks for the suggestions.

I have been thinking about Sharpfolio.

I also saw this which is based on wordpress. https://eric-powell.com/

As my blog will be mostly images I thought that having thumbnails for each post on the homepage would look quite cool.

Then visitors can just click on what they want to see rather than scroll through everything.

I’ll look in to the plug in as well.

    Thanks

So, any choice you’ve made? Are going to simply hard-code it image by image or have you come up with another solution?
