how to use wp-print on a pop up

hi! i’m a noob on wordpress ??
I’m using this plugin so I can print the content inside a pop up (i’m using lepopup plugin) but it doesn’t work.
I really don’t understand much, but I think the problem is the print plugin uses the url of the popup (../lepopup/popup-name/print/) but that url do not really exist… I don’t know how to explain it… i’m posting this here just in case
