How to vefiry mobile number using OTP system in forminator plugin

    Hi,

    I created a Register form. I want the user to verify the valid mobile number using the OTP system.

    actually i tried Email Verification / SMS verification / Mobile Verification plugin for OTP verification,but its not work on my forminator register form.

    Is there any way to make the OTP using any SMS gateway?

    I hope you are doing well.

    I am afraid we don’t have any module in the Forminator form, you can use Defender > 2FA https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/defender/#two-factor-authentication with Google App in case would like to use 2FA for login form but unfortunately there is no module for regular form or even to validate if the number is valid, it would require creating a custom integration with any external service.

    this problem has been solved but i have one issue in creating form because in my forminator form i have create
    Name field
    phone field
    then how to create verification field Id to verify otp
    then Password
    Login

    please help me asap to how to create a fomiantor form to verify nt otp code

    HI @shinde77

    I’m sorry but it’s not possible currently to use OTP verification in Forminator.

    It would involve quite a bit of complex custom coding and this type and amount of custom development is out of the scope of this support, I’m afraid.

    We do have such feature planned on a “to do” list so it should be added in future but it’s not scheduled for any nearest updates yet and I don’t have ETA on it.

    If you need it urgently, you may need to consider hiring a 3rd-party developer who would be able to code it for you.
