• I noticed a weird issue with our subscribers. No one was rebilling (we just launched 40 days ago) and so I checked and it turns out there was an error in our settings – we had set a monthly recurring to “yearly”. SO I changed the monthly level to ‘monthly’ so it will bill properly. I then went into each user and uanssigned them from a level and re-assigned them to the monthly.

Now in the member’s list under fee is says “-” instead of $119. When I click on the user name, on current level it says “
    Current Level” Monthly .

There is no fee next to “Monthly” in that field.

Help! How do I fix this? Also, is there a way to manually run the users who missed their re-bill date due to our mistake?

Oh, also we changed gateways from Paypal Express to Stripe. No issues there, right?

Oh crap. I just realized it says the new membership will be free. How do i revert back? I don’t want to ask all our subs to re-enter their credit cards. Help!

    Hey there,

Unfortunately, having them check out again is the only way because PMPro does not store any credit card information. When you changed their levels via admin, the subscriptions were cancelled at the payment gateway. It may be possible to re-enable those subscriptions if you log in to your payment gateway dashboard, add a manual subscription for your customer, and then go back to the Membership Levels > Orders page and enter that information in a new order – but that will vary depending on your gateway. If you need more help, try contacting your payment gateway.
It might just be easier to have your members check out again…

    Hope that helps!

    Thanks,
    Jess
