    Hello there,

Jetpack monitor told me my website was down, 3 times in less than 2 months, for a couple of minutes each and without me doing something…

I contacted my host, 1and1 but they “didn’t” see anything in the logs and said I should ask to my DNS provider…

I don’t really believe them as they haven’t been helpfull with my problems so far.

So, how can I see the log for myself, since the site live (no wp_debug I guess…)?

    Thank you in advance guys

I am not sure how you can check the down time through your logs. But you can start monitoring you website, there are online services that would send email when the site is down and you can check it straightaway and ask 1and1 to fix it.
    I like https://uptimerobot.com/ , it’s free.

Hello Qaiser, thank you for your answer!

Actually, I have Jetpack watching that for me ?? . It send me email when the website is down then when it’s working again.

And I told that to 1and1 but just said what I said in my first post: there’s nothing so ask your DNS provider… And their analyze’s not really accurate!

Then, I would like to know how to know what happened, myself ^^
