    Hi,

We have a user authenticated site and we are not able to view the stat analytics data.

Is there any option or feature so we can track the post and page views?

We are looking for this site https://ccsengage.utilidex.com/

Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Thanks in advance!

    Thanks

Thank you for reaching out to us about viewing your site’s historical stats, @lsingh.

Jetpack is reliant on XML-RPC for data exchange, and your site has added a script to the file that is disrupting this:

    https://ccsengage.utilidex.com/xmlrpc.php

When the file is unmodified and working as expected, it should only return XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.

After you have corrected this, you should be able to access your site’s stats on WordPress.com.

However, it also looks like we have no Stats data for your site. Our Stats feature will not work correctly if the JavaScript tracker is removed or modified from the footer of each page.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions. We’re always happy to help! ??

    Thanks for your reply!

We are using a user authentication plugin if I disable that plugin and install jetpack then it gets successfully installed and set up the account.

and It works fine but when I enable my user authentication plugin. It stops working. And doesn’t show any stat data.

So don’t know what should I do and we have to keep this site private protected means the user authentication is not public.

so hence it is not working due to the user authentication plugin we are using.

    Please let me know thanks!

    Hey @lsingh,

Does the authentication plugin create the extra code in the xmlrpc.php file? If that’s not, you will need to remove that anyway as Jetpack won’t be able to connect anyway until that code is redacted.

As about the authentication plugin, there might be other similar plugins more compatible with Jetpack, if you want to take a look around in the www.ads-software.com plugin repository – or also check for a paid third party plugin as well.

To validate for sure that there’s a conflict between Jetpack and your current authentication plugin, we still need to check the Jetpack’s connection; if you could have a look a the extra code in the xmlrpc.php file as Mark mentioned, to start off, that’d be great.

Hope that’s all clear! Let me know what you find out then. Thanks!
