You can use this gist to remove all data https://gist.github.com/strangerstudios/8621990#file-pmpro_clear_all_data_init-php-L22
However, you will want to delete this line
'pmpro_memberships_users',
so it doesn’t remove your membership data as well.
You can add this to your active theme’s functions.php file or a customization plugin as described here: https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/2012/08/create-a-plugin-for-pmpro-customizations/

To run the code, you would then just add &pmprocleardata=1 to the end of any URL page on your site.
