    Hello, a few of our clients are getting blocked, a FORBIDDEN message appears when customer try to check out. How do we whitelist Canada as a region>?

    Hello @montrosecannabis.

    If you whitelist the whole country, then all spammers who use Canadian IPs will be skipped. Therefore, we do not give such an opportunity.

    We need to find out why false positives occur, if that’s the case. Please contact us via our private Ticket System and add there a link to this topic: https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open.

    A similar problem. Local users get banned when they try to post a message.
    We need country whitelist.

    Unconditional whitelisting of the country may cause missed spam. It is better to solve the issue differently.

    Hello.

    After analysis of your Anti-Spam log we suggested changing the following settings.
    – Set cookies to Off;
    – Use Anti-Spam by CleanTalk JavaScript library to On.
    Please do not forget to purge all website cache after that.?

    We checked Anti-Spam requests after a while and everything looks fine.?
