specify a width via css for
.art-hmenu ul li ul li a {}

btw your CSS is not good ??

In your stylesheet look for the block that begins

/* begin MenuSubItem */
.art-hmenu ul a
{

Then below that increase the value for width
eg:
width: 320px;
