How to write a page and redirect to a page out of site

sorry for my poor english but I hope you can understand what I’ll talk about!

My WP version is: 2.33
and question is:

I want to write a page and link this page to a page out of site~~~say it in another way: as an example, write “page1”, and when you click on the link “page1”, the link will open “https://www.xxxx.com/”!!!

Yes, I know I can add a href link manually in the navbar in the template to resolve this problem, but I think there must be a way in the dashborad to resolve this~~~

somebody please tell me???
