How tot remove hover bio and add fixed bio text next to author picture

  • Hi everyone,

    I have the plugin: sexy author bio.
    I would like to remove the hover function of the bio text and replace it with a fixed text bio on the right of the author image. Does anyone know how?

    I also have a guest blogger on my blog and would like to have a matching about author piece depending on who wrote the blogpost. So I would like to be able to choose between me and the guestbloggers “about authors” to be displayed under a post.

    If you can help me I would be very greatful!
