How translations are stored

    Hi there. Does TranslatePress create a new post/page for each translation (like WPL or Polylang) or add it on the same post (like Qtranslate)?

    Hi,

    Neither. TranslatePress is a string by string translation plugin. We’re storing the information inside custom tables wp_trp_*

    Each text node in your pages is parsed and replaced with a translated text node. This allows us to have this easy to use interface where you translate the entire page at once.
