I can see that you have done just about everything possible to delete this plugin. And you are still having issue removing the plugin.

    Try the following.

Log into phpMyAdmin and locate the database for the website you are having problems with. Look for any table entry with the following name aiowps and delete those tables.

There should be 5 tables associated with this plugin:
    aiowps_events
    aiowps_failed_logins
    aiowps_global_meta
    aiowps_login_activity
    aiowps_login_lockdown

    Thank you, all done! ??
    It is 6 tabels:
    wp_aiowps_events
    wp_aiowps_failed_logins
    wp_aiowps_global_meta
    wp_aiowps_login_activity
    wp_aiowps_login_lockdown
    wp_aiowps_permanent_block

Hi, I checked that file you shared above. That is very strange to see all those entries especially if you have already deleted all the plugins tables from your database.
