Please note that some disposable email services are for-fee. I/We pay for these services because our primary emails get abused when we use them on some websites. Spam abuse From these addresses is aggressively pursued by the providers of those servers, just like any other email provider. So you may be getting legitimate comments using a disposable address. Consider GMail and Yahoo, arguably “disposable” email services. But so many people use those services now that you really don’t want to block them.
What this all means is that you probably want to ban comments based on content, not source. Or you may want to require comments to come from registered-only members that are filtered with CAPTCHA on the front-end and email verification after registration. Then consider moderation of first-time comments as a final filter.
