We have ad traffic with utm_campaign and ideally we don’t want to block them and we get too many false positive. On the other hand if a person goes directly to the page without UTM we want to allow it. We did go to advanced setting and said if URL contains “utm_campaign” but the spam message still shows up on form submission.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @lawrancebabu.

I took a look at your anti-spam logs. I think the exclusion is working now. There are no more requests with that url.

Also I have temporarily changed the filtering settings in our cloud for your site. There should be no more false positives, but it will also increase the chance of spam skipping. The changes will take effect within an hour.

We need additional details about your website. Please contact us via our private Ticket System to troubleshoot the issue and add there a link to this topic: https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open.
