How we can use same download form page for multiple downloads

    Actually, I have a bunch of case studies for which I would like to capture the name & email ID of the lead before he downloads the case studies. The requirement is to have a download button on the case study page and when a lead clicks on the button this will redirect him to a form page where he needs to fill the name & email ID before we show the URL to download the file.

    I know this can be done by creating a post/page form for each case study and putting the EBD shortcode but I wanted to avoid creating each form page for each case studies. Is there a way where we can create just one form page and send the id of the download file to do the same for all my case studies?
