Q2 How to add these ppl to the Welcome automation

    Q1
Hi, we just realized that many newly joined users are tagged with woocommerce-customers but we don’t know how they were added. These ppl didn’t buy anything (otherwise there will be a product tag we have set up, or a purchase record) Nor did they try to buy (as this email is not in abaondon list).

The rest of our forms are elementor (except 1 gravity form + 1 optin page where the contacts are stored seperately)

We spoke to AC and they shared that those were added through your plugin but if you know how?

Q2 How to add those to our automation

    Thanks!

    Hi Tanya,

Please can you let me know what values you have for the following wc-ac-hook plugin settings:

Add/Update Contact – is the check box clear or enabled/checked?
Track Order Status – is the check box clear or enabled/checked?
Debug Log – is the check box clear or or enabled/checked?
Signup to Marketing – is this set to ‘No’ or another value?

If the debug log is disabled then please enable. You then have to wait for the next customer to be added to generate a log entry.

If the debug log is enabled then please can you cut and paste the entries for one of the customers as an example. The debug log can be found at WooCommerce > Status > Logs (select the log starting with the name wc-ac-hook and find the relevant entries based on date/time, order ID or ActiveCampaign contact ID).

Hopefully that will give me enough information to answer your questions.

    Thanks,
    Matt
