I’ve been messing around with all sorts of cache-setting changing attempts, and wondering why none of them resulted in my post edits being reflected in the feed widget…then I just read another post here that implied that the feed setting only triggers a check for *new* posts–not necessarily getting a fresh version of the posts that are already displayed. So my changes to my test post are not being reflected in the feed display no matter what the cache setting is.

Is there a way to trigger the plugin to get a fully fresh copy of the whole feed, so that any edits or changes to existing posts would be reflected? Barring that, will it never update that first post unless I undo and redo the widget manually?

    Thanks for your help!

  • Hi @freelance08,

    Thanks for choosing Feedzy!

The posts that were already imported won’t be imported once more when the corn runs again. This is the default behaviour of the plugin. Importing all the existing posts even if they were already imported in the past would increase redundancy and in time it would overload the resources of the site.

Thanks for understanding and have a nice day!
