how/when does email is be sent

    hi,
    I’m pretty new on RSVP as admin.
    How does it work the automatic sending email mechanism?
    I mean: I created the dedicated page with [rsvp] content, my attendees are in the list with their email yet, i setup start-end date from settings but as a result still no one got any email with the rsvp survey…
    is there a kind of trigger to click to “send” the rsvp?

    Thanks for reaching out!
    You will need to send the URL of the page with the [rsvp] shortcode to your guest so they can RSVP.
    The emails are sent when users RSVP (to your own email address). You also have the option to send email to main guest when they RSVP.
