How/where to translate email for new user

Can I make the changes without the plugin?
Yes if your site is not multi language.

To change translate

if you use contact form 7 plugin so go to form that you want to trasleted message.

Than follow this setp

• Open form
• You see mail tab click on it.
• when you scroll down you see message body so you can change text in your language.
