Let me explain the two ways you can manage the open and closed status of the online store and checkout functionality.
Option 1: Under the section Days Schedule. You can set a schedule for each day of the week. For example, if you only input a schedule for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, but leave blank Saturday and Sunday. On both days Saturday and Sunday, the store will remained closed. This will occur every week until you change the schedule.
Option 2: Under the section Holidays Schedule. You can select a specific day on a calendar for the store to be closed as a holiday. We allow you to support selecting multiple days on the calendar for multiple holidays.
If you setting up a schedule and the same days of the week you want the store be closed, we’d recommend you use option 1 of Days Schedule.
If you want to select a specific day or selection of days on a calendar that don’t occur weekly, we’d recommend you use option 2 Holidays Schedule.
