How works why choose us and about section?

Hello. I put a “about us” section as widget. But I realized you can customize the “about us section” and “why choose us” in Customize -> VW Settings and I wanted to know how it works, becouse it doesnt change anything to me. And also, I wanted to know how I can make this “why choose us” section as in this image:
