    Unless you are asking how to get a widget like that on your blog.

    I want there to be a page dedicated to a search similar to this.

    If they provide the source code for the search box the you can just embed it on the page you want it to appear on.

    If on the other hand you want something similer to that but one of your own, they you will need to code it or get a coder to make one for you.
