How would you go about this?

    I am trying to work out how to build my site and would love any help with choosing the right system and plugins:

    The site flow is:
    Screen 1: landing page with user registration, including an email authentication plugin
    Screen 2: The user has to fill a profile form, including image upload. The user can continually return to the site and update his profile
    Screen 3: now this is the tricky bit: The user sees his profile as an image. Which means that the system creates a jpg (or any other type of image)on the fly using the users input.

    How would you go about building a site with this flow? I love wordpress and prefer using it if possible.

    I need to get an email every time a user updates his profile.
