HOWTO: Report problems with Bad Behavior

After I plugged in BB, it locked up my blog (https://www.pitorriassociates.com/blog), showing error message 403, and
Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /~1775772.1920389/htdocs/blog/wp-admin/edit-comments.php on this server.

Two different IT specialists have tried to help me, to no avail. Please help me fix this. My email is [email address moderated – this forum does not provide support via email]

Visit our new bug tracker, log in and browse existing issues or open a new issue.

You can also send email to bad . bots at ioerror . us.

There is no such email address. It gets returned to me by Mailer Daemon, as undeliverable.How about sending me a good one, if you don’t mind.

I am not the plugin’s author. Have you tried logging a ticket via https://redmine.ioerror.us/projects/bad-behavior

Suppose I activate this plugin on my site and use it for some days for testing, and then deactivate, are there any chances of any remnants of this plugin on my site after deactivating it?
Please explain.

Mail to that address gets rejected. Attempts to create an account on the bug tracking site fail.

The FAIL is strong with this one.
