    In My Account section HPoints menu is now showing.

    May I ask which theme are you using? Also did you install the latest woorewards version?

    I am using Flatsome theme and did not install woorewards.

    It’s a paid theme and we don’t have a license for that.

    Go to https://hostplugin.com/members and create a ticket and please mention this page and provide us with the following information:

    wp-admin url and login information
    ftp information
