Please give us an estimate of when we can finally expect HPOS compatibility.

Three months ago MWB told us that it would be introduced with the next update (within weeks!), unfortunately this was not the case. We (and I’m sure many others too) have to switch our website to HPOS for compatibility reasons, and I think it would be a shame if we could no longer use HubSpot in the future – without this integration running HubSpot doesn’t make any sense for shop owners.

That’s not quite what we expected: $19 a month for an addon, on top of hundreds of dollars a year to use HubSpot itself? And all that just to make the plugin compatible with a standard that has already been in effect for nine months and was announced for a long time? Sorry, but this is no longer economical for a small company.

HPOS is a core feature of WooCommerce and the new standard. With a plugin called “HubSpot for WooCommerce” you actually expect built-in compatibility. The plugin is free, but it allows MWB developers to sell their services (onboarding, migration, consulting, etc.). It’s a shame that additional money is now being charged for a compatibility add-on.

Since August 2023, we have been promised a solution and have stuck with the combination of MWB and HubSpot in the belief that we have a customer-friendly solution, even though our shop became increasingly slow and other plugins had more and more compatibility issues. Now we will probably have to cancel our subscriptions to HubSpot and find an alternative. It’s a shame, because MWB was actually a good plugin. But as it is, it is unfortunately useless and disappointing.
