    Many people are looking for this functionality/plugin update. Could someone please post the exact snippet of code to temporarily address the issue so we can move on and use HPOS functionality?

    I shouldn’t have to submit a ticket somewhere else to get that code, and it’s looking more and more like an update is still not coming. I understand development cycles, etc, so on, but if the plugin is in fact already compatible, this small update should have been released already.

    Hi there,

    Please can you open a support ticket with us and we’ll provide you with the line of code.

    Otherwise — our advice is to simply wait until we release our next round of updates.  We will include the HPOS declarative line in our next updates, which will happen when we have something substantial to release.  There has not been enough demand for HPOS to justify a special round of updates any sooner.

    We base our update schedule on the 1) urgency of the need (for example, if a security vulnerability ever came to light, we would release an update ASAP to fix it), and 2) the number of clients requesting the specific feature/fix/change.  We deliberately plan our updates to be as infrequent as possible in order to minimize disruptions to our clients.

    If the “votes” for this or another Feature Request reach the necessary number of users requesting it, our dev team will adjust their priorities accordingly.

    You released an update but there is no mention of HPOS in changelog. Is it now HPOS compatible?

    Hi there,

    This was solved with v1.8.2 which was released a week ago on August 30th. If you experience any further issues, please note that a support ticket will need to be logged.
