    Hi, I am trying to upgrade to HPOS, but when I activate it and start the synchronisation, the number of pending orders to synchronise does not go down, it always shows the same amount “139”.

    This means that it is not synchronising. What is the problem?

    Hello @caoba,

    Sorry for the late reply!

    Hi, I am trying to upgrade to HPOS, but when I activate it and start the synchronisation, the number of pending orders to synchronise does not go down, it always shows the same amount “139”.

    Your database site, server performance, and other factors might cause the synchronization to take a bit longer to complete so this doesn’t necessarily mean there’s a problem.

    Furthermore, since many plugins still don’t support HPOS, please disable all plugins except WooCommerce before you make the transition.

    Let us know how it goes! :?)

    Hi, I’m also having the same problem.

    I investigated and found that wc_run_batch_process was failing with the following message:

    “get_class(): Argument #1 ($object) must be of type object, null given”

    What should I do to resolve it?

    The argument was

    0 => ‘Automattic\\WooCommerce\\Internal\\DataStores\\Orders\\DataSynchronizer’

    woocommerce 8.2.0
    WordPress6.3.2
    PHP8.2.3
