HQ key entry doesn't work with WordPress4.6

    Hi,
    I bought the HQ license and clicked on the “activate Optimus HQ” button as per your instructions.
    A field appeared but when I paste the license key, The page scrolls up and an error message appears saying:
    “Please select at least one item to perform this action on.”
    How can I enter the license key?
    Please help.

  • If you may, please scroll to the checkbox next to plugin, and just click it. Now, press activate (like click it once or twice) and it’ll work.

    Hi,
    Thanks a lot.
    It worked.

    But now I tried to optimize the existing images.
    It gives me code 0
    I whitelisted the 2 ips listed in the plugin website
    I also turned off the Word fence firewall altogether
    I also have a dedicated server with huge max timeout of 600 sec
    Yet still get the error code 0
    There are no errors in the browser console
    What shall I do?
