HR & Admin Email Notification not working

    Hi support,

    I noticed that the email notification only works on the Applicants. Which Admin and HR won’t be able to receive any email notification.

    Hi,

    Thanks for writing to us.

    Kindly configure the smtp and try again and you can check the email log of the SMTP plugin to check if the email is initiated or not.

    Hi, Thanks for the prompt response… if it’s the SMTP setting issue…. the Applicants notification will not be able to received, am I right?

    Hi,

    The SMTP plugin is to make sure that the emails are initiated or not or if any error occurs. We will suggest you to configure the plugin and try again hopefully all of your issues will be resolved.
