HR Role – hide settings link

Hello

We need to hide the settings link under job openings -> settings for HR role, How can we do that… https://snipboard.io/dACOS3.jpg if there are no settings for it then there has to be a custom function to hide that link for a specific user role. But how do i use it for job openings please let me know
