Hreflang: Google “de” – no backlinks

Hi there,

Google’s search console shows me an error in Search > International Localization:

“de” – no Backlinks.

1)
Polylang inludes into the header of my front-page https://moosbaum-shop.de/de/

<link rel=”alternate” href=”https://moosbaum-shop.de/en/&#8221; hreflang=”en” />

Polylang redirects https://moosbaum-shop.de to >> https://moosbaum-shop.de/de/ for users from Germany …

Fine!
But, however. Google finds the error above …

Using https://hreflang.ninja result after checking https://moosbaum-shop.de/de( indicates an error too:
x-default-target: “https://moosbaum-shop.de/&#8221; is not a retrievable page!
