.htaccess – Category URL: www.domain.com/category

How to change .htaccess to make specific category permalink as one from the topic? For example:
We have category named “blog1”. It’s url is https://www.domain.com/archives/category/blog1 or
https://www.domain.com/index.php?category_name=blog1
I want it to be https://www.domain.com/blog1 but only for that specific category.
Anybody has solution?
