htaccess deny after X page views?

  • The IP 208.109.181.70 hit my site 16,759 times in an hour today and GoDaddy suspended my hosting, because you know – that’s My Fault.

    Is there away to deny/block an IP which attempts to view X amount of pages a minute?
    Example if 208.109.181.70 views 20 pages it’s blocked for a day.
